A pharmaceutical processor transporting or delivering medical cannabis must report any traffic stop, breakdown, collision, or unscheduled stop lasting more than two hours to the authority  within 24 hours.\n\nB. An originating facility's authorized employees shall make a good faith effort to contact the authority if exigent circumstances require removal of cannabis or cannabis products from the vehicle prior to arrival at the destination listed on the transport manifest.
