The licensee, applicant, or interested party shall not be required to be represented by counsel during such hearing. Any officer or director of a corporation may examine, cross-examine, and question witnesses, present evidence on behalf of the corporation, draw conclusions, and make arguments before the administrative law judges.","path":["Title 3.
