The authority will determine whether or not certain hearings might practically be conducted by telephone. The provisions of Part I (3VAC5-10-10 through 3VAC5-10-230) of this chapter shall apply only to Part IV (3VAC5-10-410 through 3VAC5-10-470) of this chapter where applicable.","path":["Title 3.
