Wine offered for sale by a winery licensee shall be procured on order forms prescribed by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (authority) and provided at cost if supplied by the authority. The order shall be accompanied by the correct amount of state wine tax levied by § 4.1-234 of the Code of Virginia, due the Commonwealth in cash, as defined in 3VAC5-30-30.\n\nB. Wine procured for sale at retail shall be segregated from all other wine and stored only at a location on the premises approved by the authority. The licensee shall place the licensee's license number and the date of the order on each container of wine so stored for sale at retail.
