Mammals.\n\na. House mouse (Mus musculus);\n\nb. Norway rat (Rattus norvegicus);\n\nc. Black rat (Rattus rattus);\n\nd. Coyote (Canis latrans);\n\ne. Feral hog (Sus scrofa; any swine that are wild or for which no proof of ownership can be made);\n\nf. Nutria (Myocastor coypus); and\n\ng. Woodchuck (Marmota monax).\n\n2. Birds.\n\na. European starling (Sturnus vulgaris);\n\nb. English (house) sparrow (Passer domesticus);\n\nc. Pigeon (Rock Dove) (Columba livia); and\n\nd. Other nonnative species as defined in the Migratory Bird Treaty Reform Act of 2004 and regulated under 50 CFR 10.13.","path":["Title 4. Conservation And Natural Resources","Agency 15.
