Any person conducting a regulated activity for which a permit is required by this chapter without such permit, including where a regulated activity has commenced without a permit or continued after permit suspension or revocation, shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor as specified by § 29.1-505 of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 4.
