{"data":{"id":"us-va/4vac25-130-882.14","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"4VAC25-130-882.14","heading":"Satisfaction of liens","body":"(a) A lien placed on private property shall be satisfied, to the extent of the value of the consideration received, at the time of transfer of ownership. Any unsatisfied portion shall remain as a lien on the property.\n\n(b) The Director, when a lien is filed on private property, shall maintain or renew it from time to time as may be required under laws of the Commonwealth or local law.\n\n(c) Moneys derived from the satisfaction of liens established under this Part shall be deposited in the Fund.","path":["Title 4.
