{"data":{"id":"us-va/4vac25-150-620","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"4VAC25-150-620","heading":"Coalbed methane gas wellhead equipment","body":"Wellhead equipment and facilities installed on any gob well or on any coalbed methane gas well subject to the requirements of §§ 45.2-707 and 45.2-939 of the Code of Virginia addressing mining near or through a well shall include a safety precaution plan submitted to the director for approval. Such plans shall include, but shall not be limited to, flame arrestors, back-pressure systems, pressure-relief systems, vent systems and fire-fighting equipment. The director may require additional safety precautions or equipment to be installed on a case-by-case basis.","path":["Title 4. Conservation And Natural Resources","Agency 25.
