Civil charges shall be provided for in accordance with § 45.2-1608 of the Code of Virginia.\n\nB. The division director, after finding any violation of the Act, a regulation promulgated under the Act, or order of the director or board, or upon direction from the board, may recommend a civil charge against a gas, oil or geophysical operator and shall base the recommendation on the Civil Charge Calculation Procedure established by order of the board.","path":["Title 4.
