Permit fees for the initial permit application and permit renewal shall be submitted upon receipt of a billing notice from the director and before the permit is issued or renewed. Fees shall be paid in accordance with § 45.2-1205 of the Code of Virginia.\n\nB. Permit fees for the transfer of a mine permit shall be submitted upon receipt of a billing notice from the director and before the transferred permit is issued. Fees shall be paid in accordance with § 45.2-1211 of the Code of Virginia.\n\nC. All fees shall be in the form of cash, check, money order, or other form of payment acceptable to the director.\n\nD. A bond is required as set forth in Part III of this regulation. Bonding shall be provided once the permit application is deemed complete.","path":["Title 4.
