Placing of rock riprap shall be in accordance with drainage standards and the approved mineral mining plan. Other methods of stabilization  may include gabions, concrete,  shotcrete, geotextiles, and other means acceptable to the director.","path":["Title 4. Conservation And Natural Resources","Agency 25.
