The Mineral Mine Operator's Manual provides guidance in the revegetation of surface mined areas.  Exposed areas subject to erosion on an active mining site shall be protected by a vegetative cover or by other approved methods.  Simultaneous revegetation shall be incorporated into the mineral mining plan.  Reclamation shall be completed on areas where mining has ceased.","path":["Title 4.
