Withdraw all persons from the unventilated active areas; and\n\n2. De-energize the power in unvented active areas. The power shall not be restored or persons permitted to reenter the affected active areas until a certified foreman has determined that the flammable gas concentration in such active areas is less than 1.0%.","path":["Title 4.
