Upon receipt of a complaint alleging that the person or property of the complainant is endangered by the construction, alteration, maintenance or operation of an impounding structure, the director shall cause an inspection of the structure, unless the data, records and inspection reports on file with the board are found adequate to determine if the complaint is valid.\n\nB. If the director finds that an unsafe condition exists, the director shall proceed under the provisions of §§ 10.1-608 and 10.1-609 of the Code of Virginia to render the extant condition safe.","path":["Title 4.
