Any application for a six-year Regular Operation and Maintenance Certificate after September 26, 2008, except as otherwise exempted, shall be accompanied by a payment as determined in subsection B of this section.\n\nB. Fees for high hazard potential or significant hazard potential impounding structures shall be as follows:\n\n1. $600 for high hazard potential.\n\n2. $600 for significant hazard potential.\n\nC.
