Emergency plans shall include responses in the event of fire,  hazardous material release, loss of utilities, natural disaster,  hostage situations, riots, disturbances,  escapes, bomb threats, and mass arrest. Emergency plans shall be reviewed every 12 months by all staff. These reviews shall be documented. Each facility shall conduct and document quarterly fire drills.","path":["Title 6.
