Inmate records shall be kept confidential, securely maintained, and in good order to facilitate timely access by staff.  Inmate records shall contain, but not be limited to:\n\n1. Inmate data form;\n\n2. Commitment form or court order, or both;\n\n3. Records developed as a result of classification;\n\n4. All disciplinary actions, or unusual incidents;\n\n5. Work record and program involvement;\n\n6. Copies of inmates' property expenditure records and receipts; and\n\n7. Victim notification, if applicable.","path":["Title 6.
