When the construction and closeout of a project being reimbursed by contract with the Treasury Board is complete, the owner shall submit all information as required in 6VAC15-81-480 to the reviewing authority in the Department of Corrections, Compliance, Certification, and Accreditation Unit.\n\nB. An owner approved for reimbursement in payments over a specified period of time shall be paid in accordance with a contractual agreement entered into with the Treasury Board.","path":["Title 6.
