The course shall include a minimum of 32 hours of training and must address each of the following subjects:\n\na. Field training program and the field training officer.\n\nb. Field training program delivery and evaluation.\n\nc. Training liability.\n\nd. Characteristics of the adult learner.\n\ne. Methods of instruction.\n\nf. Fundamentals of communication.\n\ng. Written test.\n\n2. A field training officer recertification course shall include a minimum of two hours of training. The director of a certified training academy shall establish recertification criteria for that academy.","path":["Title 6. Criminal Justice And Corrections","Agency 20.
