Every person employed as a law-enforcement officer, as defined by § 9.1-101 of the Code of Virginia, shall meet compulsory in-service training standards as set forth in 6VAC20-30-30 A.\n\nB. Every person employed as a jailor or custodial officer under the provisions of Title 53.1 of the Code of Virginia shall meet compulsory in-service training standards as set forth in 6VAC20-30-30 B.\n\nC. Every person employed as a courtroom security or process service officer under the provisions of Title 53.1 of the Code of Virginia shall meet compulsory in-service training standards as set forth in 6VAC20-30-30 C.\n\nD. Every person employed as an officer of the Department of Corrections, Division of Operations as defined herein shall meet compulsory in-service training standards as set forth in 6VAC20-30-30  A.","path":["Title 6.
