There shall be a documented review of each resident's progress in accordance with § 16.1-284.1 of the Code of Virginia. The review shall report the:\n\n1. Resident's progress toward meeting the plan's objectives;\n\n2. Family's involvement; and\n\n3. Continuing needs of the resident.\n\nB.
