Each facility shall implement a comprehensive, planned, and structured daily routine, including appropriate supervision, designed to:\n\n1. Meet the residents' physical, emotional, and educational needs;\n\n2. Provide protection, guidance, and supervision;\n\n3. Ensure the delivery of program services; and\n\n4. Meet the objectives of any individual service plan.\n\nB. The structured daily routine shall be followed for all weekday and weekend programs and activities.
