Upon the completion of the audit, the certification audit findings shall be discussed with the program's or facility's administrator or designee.\n\nB. A written report of the  findings from the certification audit shall be submitted, within 10  business days following the  certification audit, to (i) the program or facility administrator and (ii)  the director or designee. Any finding of noncompliance with a regulatory requirement shall be documented.\n\nC. Any program or facility that is cited for noncompliance with a regulatory requirement may within 10 business days of receiving the written report of the findings for the certification audit:\n\n1. Request in writing a variance in accordance with 6VAC35-20-92; or\n\n2. Appeal the finding of noncompliance in writing and in accordance with department procedures and 6VAC35-20-94.","path":["Title 6. Criminal Justice And Corrections","Agency 35.
