{"data":{"id":"us-va/6vac35-30-120","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"6VAC35-30-120","heading":"Bidding","body":"After bids for construction have been received and opened and the  sponsor has determined to proceed with the project, the  sponsor shall  submit to the department a bid tabulation, analysis, and recommendation as to the award of the contract. Any comments by the department shall be forwarded to the  sponsor within  five business days of receipt; and the sponsor shall respond to the comments in writing within 10 business days of receipt of the department's comments. The department's failure to respond in the required time frame shall serve as acceptance of the sponsor's recommendation as to the award of the contract.","path":["Title 6.
