Upon completion of the project, the  sponsor shall submit the documentation specified by  approved department procedures to the department.\n\nB. If the final amount of reimbursement requested is  not greater than the reimbursement amount initially recommended, including the contingency, the department  shall authorize reimbursement within 90 days of receiving a complete reimbursement request. The reimbursement request shall be in the form specified by the department.\n\nC. If the final amount of reimbursement requested is  greater than the reimbursement amount initially recommended, the sponsor shall justify the cost increase  and  submit the adjusted reimbursement request to the board and the Governor, or his designee, for approval.","path":["Title 6.
