A fire extinguisher, inspected annually;\n\n2. Smoke alarm devices in working condition;\n\n3. Alternative methods of escape from second story;\n\n4. Modern sanitation facilities;\n\n5. Freedom from physical hazards;\n\n6. A written emergency plan that is communicated to all new residents at orientation;\n\n7. An up-to-date listing of medical and other emergency resources in the community;\n\n8. A separate bed for each resident, with clean sheets and linens weekly;\n\n9. A bedroom that is well illuminated and ventilated; is in reasonably good repair; is not a hallway, unfinished basement or attic; and provides conditions for privacy;\n\n10. A place to store residents' clothing and personal items;\n\n11. Sanitary toilet and bath facilities that are adequate for the number of residents;\n\n12. A safe and clean place for indoor and outdoor recreation;\n\n13. Adequate furniture;\n\n14. Adequate laundry facilities or laundry services;\n\n15. A clean and pleasant dining area;\n\n16. Adequate and nutritionally balanced meals; and\n\n17. Daily provision of clean clothing and articles necessary for maintaining proper personal hygiene.","path":["Title 6.
