A living room;\n\n2. An indoor recreation area with appropriate recreation materials;\n\n3. An outdoor recreation area;\n\n4. A dining area, where meals are served, that is equipped with tables and benches or chairs;\n\n5. A visitation area that permits informal communication between residents and visitors, including the opportunity for physical contact in accordance with written procedures;\n\n6. Kitchen facilities and equipment for the preparation and service of meals with any walk-in refrigerators or freezers equipped to permit emergency exits;\n\n7. Space and equipment for laundry, if laundry is done at the facility;\n\n8. Space for the storage of items such as first aid equipment, household supplies, recreational equipment, luggage, out-of-season clothing, and other materials; and\n\n9. Space for administrative activities including, as appropriate to the program, confidential conversations and  the storage of records and materials.\n\nB.
