Independent living programs shall be a competency based program, specifically approved by the board to provide the opportunity for the residents to develop the skills necessary to become independent decision makers, to become self-sufficient adults, and to live successfully on their own following completion of the program.\n\nB. Independent living programs shall have a written description of the curriculum and methods used to teach living skills, which shall include finding and keeping a job, managing personal finances, household budgeting, hygiene, nutrition, and other life skills.","path":["Title 6.
