Any JCC that uses volunteers or interns shall implement written procedures governing their selection and use. Such procedures shall provide for the evaluation of persons and organizations in the community who wish to associate with the residents.\n\nB. Volunteers and interns shall have qualifications appropriate for the services provided.\n\nC. The responsibilities of interns and individuals who volunteer on a regular basis shall be clearly defined in writing.\n\nD.
