All residents transferred between JCCs shall receive a medical, dental, and mental health screening by  health trained or qualified health care personnel upon arrival at the facility. The screening shall include:\n\n1. A review of the resident's health care record;\n\n2. Discussion with the resident on his medical status; and\n\n3. Observation of the resident.\n\nB.
