Written requests are made by the licensed professional and should be directed to the employing educational agency. If the request is not acted upon by the local educational agency within 30 days or is disputed, the license holder may make a written request for the deletion of an endorsement directly to the Office of Professional Licensure, Virginia Department of Education. Written requests should be submitted by January 15 to be in effect on July 1 of that calendar year. Individuals who wish to add an endorsement that has been deleted  shall meet requirements for that endorsement at the time it is requested.","path":["Title 8. Education","Agency 20.
