The licensee shall have written personnel policies and procedures that include, but are not limited to, job qualifications, job descriptions,  supervision, evaluation,  dispute resolution, and termination.\n\n1. The licensee shall develop and implement written policies and procedures that persons appointed or designated to assume the responsibilities of each position possess the education, experience,  skills, and abilities specified in the job description.\n\n2. The licensee shall make written personnel policies and procedures accessible to each employee.\n\nB.
