No substitute teacher shall be used to fill a vacant teaching position for more than 90 teaching days in such vacancy during one school year.\n\nB. Substitute teachers shall be at least 18 years of age, hold a high school diploma or a  General Educational Development (GED) certificate, and have two years of full-time postsecondary education or two years of  work experience with children.\n\nC.
