Each school shall have a standard school year of at least 180  teaching days or a total of at least 990 teaching hours per year. The standard school day for students in grades 1 through 12 shall average at least  five and one-half teaching hours  or average 27 and one-half hours weekly, excluding breaks for meals and recess, and a minimum of three instructional hours daily for kindergarten.\n\nB.  The private school shall initiate a team meeting to review the child's IEP, 504 Plan, or IIP when a student has a medical, mental, or physical condition that requires modification of the student's school schedule.\n\nC. Each school shall have policies and procedures that address make-up days when the school is unable to meet the required instructional time.","path":["Title 8. Education","Agency 20.
