If there is a change in ownership, the following shall apply:\n\n1. The licensee shall notify the  department at least 30 calendar days prior to the proposed change.\n\n2. The new owner shall submit an initial application for a license to operate to the  department within 30 calendar days following the effective date of the change in ownership.\n\n3. The school may operate under the existing license for 60 calendar days from the effective date of the change in ownership at which time a conditional license may be issued.","path":["Title 8.
