In addition to any criminal punishment, anyone who causes the local department to make an overpayment to a vendor shall be required to repay the amount of the overpayment.\n\nB. Any overpayment must be refunded to the department by the locality. If an overpayment was made as a result of an error by the local department, the local department will not seek to recoup those funds from the parent or the vendor.","path":["Title 8.
