Be within a contained area, readily available, and within the home used by the children;\n\n2. Have toilets that are flushable;\n\n3. Have sinks located near the toilets and that are supplied with running warm water that does not exceed 120°F; and\n\n4. Be equipped with soap, toilet paper, and disposable towels or an air dryer within reach of the children.\n\nB. There shall be a toilet chair or an adult-sized toilet with a platform or steps and adapter seat available to a child being toilet trained.","path":["Title 8. Education","Agency 20.
