The following emergency supplies shall be in the family day home, accessible to outdoor play areas, on field trips, in vehicles used for transportation, and wherever children are in care:\n\n1. A first aid kit that contains at a minimum:\n\na. Scissors;\n\nb. Tweezers;\n\nc. Gauze pads;\n\nd. Adhesive tape;\n\ne. Bandages, assorted types and sizes;\n\nf. An antiseptic cleansing solution and pads;\n\ng. Digital thermometer; and\n\nh. Single-use gloves such as surgical or examination gloves.\n\n2. An ice pack or cooling agent.\n\nB. The following nonmedical emergency supplies shall be required:\n\n1. One working, battery-operated flashlight; and\n\n2. One working, battery-operated radio.","path":["Title 8. Education","Agency 20.
