The vendor, and any staff who are left alone with children, shall be capable of communicating effectively both orally and in writing as applicable to the job responsibility and be capable of communicating with emergency personnel.\n\nC. Staff must be at least 16 years of age; however no staff person less than 18 years of age may administer medication.\n\n1. Staff members less than 18 years of age shall be under supervision of an adult staff member who is present in the facility.\n\n2.
