The emergency evacuation procedures shall be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.\n\nB. Shelter-in-place procedures shall be practiced a minimum of twice per year.\n\nC. Documentation shall be maintained of emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills that includes:\n\n1. Identity of the person conducting the drill;\n\n2. The date and time of the drill;\n\n3. The method used for notification of the drill;\n\n4. The number of caregivers participating;\n\n5. The number of children participating;\n\n6. Any special conditions simulated;\n\n7. The time it took to complete the drill;\n\n8. Problems encountered, if any; and\n\n9. For emergency evacuation drills only, weather conditions.\n\nD. Records of emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills shall be maintained for one year.","path":["Title 8. Education","Agency 20.
