A caregiver shall immediately call the local department of social services or call the toll free number of the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline (1-800-552-7096/TDD) whenever there is reason to suspect that a child has been or is being subjected to any kind of child abuse or neglect by any person.\n\nB. The provider shall immediately make or cause to be made a report of an outbreak of disease as defined by the Virginia Board of Health. Such report shall be made by rapid means to the local health department or to the Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Health.","path":["Title 8. Education","Agency 20.
