A copy of the parent's written permission to transport the child;\n\n4. A copy of each child's emergency contact information as required in 8VAC20-800-60 B 2;\n\n5. Emergency supplies as required in 8VAC20-800-760; and\n\n6. A mechanism for making telephone calls to emergency responders and parents (e.g., change, calling card, cellular phone).","path":["Title 8.
