All application fees for licenses are nonrefundable.\n\nB. The date that the application fee is received by the superintendent shall be the date that the application was received.\n\nC. An applicant for initial licensure shall submit a completed application to the superintendent within six months of the date that the application was received. Applications that remain incomplete after six months of the date the application was received will be closed, and the applicant will be required to submit a new application with a new fee.\n\nD. An applicant for license renewal shall submit a completed renewal application  before the date the applicant's license expires.\n\nE.
