The fee required for each child day program will be based  on its licensed capacity. The following fee schedule applies to child day programs that operate at least 12 weeks of a 12-month period:\n\nCapacity\n\nTwo-year licensing fee\n\n1-12\n\n$28\n\n13-25\n\n$70\n\n26-50\n\n$140\n\n51-75\n\n$210\n\n76-200\n\n$280\n\n201 or more\n\n$400\n\nB. The following fee schedule applies to child day programs that operate less than 12 weeks of a 12-month period:\n\nCapacity\n\nTwo-year licensing fee\n\n1-50\n\n$50\n\n51 or more\n\n$110\n\nC. Family day systems will be subject to a license fee of $140.\n\nD. A fee will be charged for checks that must be returned to the applicant because of insufficient funds.","path":["Title 8.
