A student enrolled concurrently at multiple institutions may receive an award if:\n\n1. The home institution is a VSFAP participating institution;\n\n2. A formal consortium agreement is in place; and\n\n3. The student's combined enrollment is at least half-time.\n\nB. A student enrolled in a study abroad program may receive an award if:\n\n1. The student is enrolled at least half-time;\n\n2. The student remains on record as a student in an eligible program at the home institution for the term in which the award is received;\n\n3.
