{"data":{"id":"us-va/9vac15-70-140","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"9VAC15-70-140","heading":"Enforcement","body":"The department may enforce the provisions of this chapter and any permits by rule authorized under this chapter in accordance with §§ 10.1-1197.9, 10.1-1197.10, and 10.1-1197.11 of the Code of Virginia. In so doing, the department may:\n\n1. Issue directives in accordance with the law;\n\n2. Issue special orders in accordance with the law;\n\n3. Issue emergency special orders in accordance with the law;\n\n4. Seek injunction, mandamus or other appropriate remedy as authorized by the law;\n\n5. Seek civil penalties under the law; or\n\n6.
