The regulation contains requirements for UECA environmental covenants.\n\nWhen the owner, holder, and agency agree that a UECA environmental covenant shall be executed as part of an environmental response project, then the environmental covenant shall fulfill all of the requirements of this chapter.","path":["Title 9.
