Environmental covenants executed pursuant to this chapter and UECA shall be enforced in accordance with § 10.1-1247 of the Code of Virginia.\n\nB. Limitations. The UECA and this chapter do not limit the regulatory authority of the agency or the department under law with respect to an environmental response project.\n\nC. Liability. A person is not responsible for or subject to liability for environmental remediation solely because he has the right to enforce a UECA environmental covenant.","path":["Title 9.
