Should the governing body elect to waive participation it must notify the board in writing with a copy of its adopted resolution within 45 days of receiving the notice of intent. Although this waiver permits the board to issue a certification of site approval without further participation by the governing body of the host community, such waiver in no way restricts the rights of any other person or organization to participate in the certification process.","path":["Title 9.
