No person shall operate an animal feeding operation with 300 or more animal units utilizing a liquid manure collection and storage system after July 1, 2000, without having submitted a registration statement as provided in 9VAC25-192-60 or being covered by a Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) permit or an individual Virginia Pollution Abatement (VPA) permit.\n\nB.  The owner shall comply with the requirements of this chapter.\n\nC.
